2- Manage all aspects of the operation of properties
3- ensure properties are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards and ensure that all maintenance issues are addressed in a timely & cost efficient manner
4- Strong hands-on mechanical background
5- Work with Leasing Agents to ensure vacant units are rented in accordance with the procedures
6- Assist in developing budgets and complete financial reporting
7- Attention to detail
8- Ability to contribute to a rapidly growing company
9- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
10- Pleasing personality, enthusiasm and sense of humor
11- Experience in Property Management industry is an asset
12- Common sense and judgment in day-to-day matters
13- Self-control
14- Ability to solve tenant problems
15- Team Player - Able to work closely with other personnel
